We do not hold stock of finished arrangements in our warehouse, and your order is hand made especially for you. Normal lead time is 3-4 days. This does not include shipping time which is typically 1-2 working days for north island and 2-3 days for the south island (rural delivery will take longer)

Will my items require any assembly once they arrive?

No, all floral arrangements will arrive to you pre-assembled by our talented designers here at the studio. A little "fluffing" may be required to account for any movement during shipping

When should I receive my order?

Can I put my bouquet in fresh water?

We would advise you not to. While some silk flower stems are water friendly once they have been trimmed they will have exposed wires at the very ends of
the stems which will rust if placed in water. The stems in our bouquets are all trimmed so that they look neat and tidy and sit properly in a vase at the
correct height.

What if need to cancel an order?

All cancellation requests must be received in by email within 24 hours of the order being processed and before the order is put into production. We can then arrange a refund on your purchase price

How do I clean my flowers?

Cleaning your flowers is easy! They really require very minimal maintenance but the best method is using a blow dryer on a low setting or gently wipe with a wet wipe.
